Buying and selling rules
1. General provisions
1.1 The following have the right to use the services of the online and physical store www.reach.lt:
1.1.1. able-bodied natural persons, at least 18 years of age;
1.1.2. minors between fifteen and eighteen years of age only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where one's own earnings or other financial sources are independently disposed of;
1.1.3. legal entities;
1.1.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.1.5. If the Buyer wants to use the services of the online store, he must register and create a personal account. Registration is considered completed and valid when the Buyer electronically submits information about himself and confirms the registration to the specified e-mail. by post
1.1.6. The data provided by the buyer (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail address) when registering in the online store www.reach.lt and using its functions are stored and processed in accordance with 2016. April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts regulating data protection and REACH .LT privacy policy
1.1.7. The purchase-sale contract is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the online store www.reach.lt, specifies the necessary data and confirms the order.
1.1.8. The Seller informs the Buyer about the conclusion of the purchase-sale contract at the specified e-mail address. postal address.
2. Buyer's rights and obligations
2.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the online store www.reach.lt in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
2.2. The buyer, using the services of the online store www.reach.lt, agrees with these Rules and must comply with them.
2.3. The buyer has the right to refuse the order in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
2.4. The buyer has the right to refuse the purchase-sale contract in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
2.5. The buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the rules.
2.6. The buyer, using the services of www.reach.lt, must fulfill his obligations, comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.7 The buyer must pay for the ordered goods or services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
3. Seller's rights and obligations
3.1. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's registration if the Buyer provided false or misleading data during registration. The Buyer is responsible for the consequences caused by incorrect data.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Buyer's use of the online store's services if the Buyer engages in illegal activities or otherwise tries to harm the stable operation of the online store.
3.3. The Seller undertakes to provide conditions for the Buyer to use the services of the online store and to fulfill the Buyer's orders in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules.
3.4. In accordance with the procedure provided by the rules, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer and to accept the goods returned by the Buyer.
3.5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and not being able to deliver the ordered item(s), the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous item(s). If the Buyer refuses the analogous product/s, the Seller returns the money paid to the Buyer, if the Buyer has made an advance payment.
4. Payment for goods
4.1. The Buyer can pay for the goods:
4.1.1. in cash at the store or to the courier;
4.1.2. credit card;
4.1.3. using the bank's online banking systems;
4.1.4. by advance bank transfer.
5. Administration fee
5.1. The minimum order amount for buyers with wholesale status is €20.00 including VAT. If the minimum order amount is not reached, an administration fee of €3.00 including VAT will be applied. This fee is intended to cover logistics, accounting documents, and order processing processes.

6. Delivery of goods
6.1. The buyer has the right to choose one of the following delivery methods:
6.1.1. delivery by Venipak courier;
6.1.2. delivery by DPD courier;
6.1.3. pickup at the Omniva post office;
6.1.4. delivery by UAB Ridiva couriers.

6.3. Delivery costs in the online store www.reach.lt are not included in the specified price, they are indicated to the Buyer when placing an order.
7. Product warranty
7.1. All goods are subject to the warranty terms established by the manufacturer or the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. A product that is damaged during the warranty period is repaired free of charge.
7.3. If the product is defective, the Buyer must apply for warranty repair by phone: +370 659 325 00 or e-mail by mail info@reach.lt.
7.4. When submitting the product for warranty service, the Buyer must submit a document confirming the purchase of the product (invoice - invoice or cashier's check).
7.5. The warranty provided by the seller does not limit or constrain the rights of consumers, which are established for them by legal acts after purchasing a product or service of inappropriate quality.
8. Return of goods, right to refuse distance contract
8.1. The provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and these Rules apply to the return of goods and the cancellation of the Purchase - Sale Agreement.
8.2. The product returned by the buyer must be fully assembled - with authentic labels, protective bags and original packaging. If the product is not fully assembled, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the product for return.
8.3. The buyer has the right to refuse the remote purchase-sale contract by notifying the seller in writing by e-mail. by mail to info@reach.lt within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods without giving any reason. The provisions provided for in Clause 30 of the Rules apply to the returned goods.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The seller reserves the right to suspend, complete and change these Rules and other documents related to the Rules. Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the date of their publication.
9.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. In the event that the Buyer does not agree with www.reach.lt's response to the Buyer's written claim, the Buyer (natural person, consumer) can submit his request or complaint regarding the goods purchased on www.reach.lt to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus St. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone 85 262 67 51, fax (85) 279 1466, on the website www.vvtat.lt (also for territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in counties) or fill out the application form on the EGS platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.47.
9.4. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules.
